Lead Power Electronics Engineer Position

In this senior role, you will manage power electronics projects, defining requirements alongside Product Management and cross-functional teams. Your expertise in designing AC-DC converters, validating magnetics, and optimizing digital control algorithms will be key to success. Collaborate with teams to debug and resolve technical challenges throughout development and production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead power electronics projects from concept to completion
• Define technical solutions and requirements with cross-functional teams
• Own power converter design and topology selections
• Develop digital control algorithms for performance optimization
• Conduct system debugging and characterization in lab environments
Requirements:
• Education in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years in power electronics design and development
• Experience in various converter designs, especially PFC and DC-DC
• Strong proficiency in simulation tools and debugging techniques
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance for products
