In this role, you'll drive the end-to-end development of primary and secondary packaging components. Your expertise will facilitate sourcing, prototyping, and comprehensive testing for product launches. Collaborate closely with internal teams across Innovation, Supply Chain, and Quality, serving as the technical expert in packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead packaging component development from concept to launch
• Design and manage packaging processes and technical SOPs
• Approve technical specifications and assembly instructions
• Manage vendor relations and packaging cost evaluations
• Identify and evaluate sustainable packaging options
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical packaging development or engineering
• Experience with end-to-end packaging life cycles
• Proven track record with sourcing and vendor management
• Knowledge of regulatory packaging compliance requirements
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects effectively
