Acoustic Camp 2026 is a 2-day acoustic music & community camping event bringing together music, games, shared meals, and meaningful connection.
We are recruiting volunteers and team leads to help organize and run this experience.
ā±ļø Hour estimates include planning meetings, preparation work, event days, and post-event wrap-up.
Estimated Commitment:
25ā30 hours
Breakdown:
- Pre-event planning & meetings: 10ā12 hrs
- Performance schedule, games & run-of-show planning: 6ā8 hrs
- Event setup, rehearsal & live coordination: 8ā10 hrs
Responsibilities:
- Lead performance planning and stage flow
- Coordinate performers, MCs, and games
- Manage onāsite stage operations
Estimated Commitment:
15ā18 hours
Breakdown:
- Meetings & prep support: 5ā6 hrs
Responsibilities:
- Assist with stage setup and transitions
- Support performers and games
- Help maintain energy and flow during the show
Estimated Commitment:
22ā26 hours
Breakdown:
- Logistics planning & coordination: 8ā10 hrs
- Food planning & mealāgame preparation: 6ā8 hrs
- Event setup, execution & teardown: 8ā10 hrs
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics, supplies, and equipment
- Oversee food planning and mealābased games
- Ensure smooth campsite operations
Estimated Commitment:
14ā18 hours
Breakdown:
- Prep & coordination: 4ā6 hrs
- Event support & cleanup: 10ā12 hrs
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup and logistics
- Support meal preparation and food activities
- Help with cleanup and organization
Estimated Commitment:
20ā24 hours
Breakdown:
- Shot planning & coordination: 5ā6 hrs
Responsibilities:
- Lead onāsite media capture
- Coordinate postāevent content for VVF
Estimated Commitment:
12ā16 hours
Breakdown:
- Prep & coordination: 3ā4 hrs
- Event shooting & support: 9ā12 hrs
Responsibilities:
- Capture photos/videos during the event
Estimated Commitment:
15ā18 hours
Breakdown:
- Budget planning & tracking: 6ā8 hrs
Responsibilities:
- Track expenses and reimbursements
- Support transparent financial reporting
- Work closely with the Project Manager
Estimated Commitment:
18ā22 hours
Breakdown:
- Preāevent communication & registration support: 6ā8 hrs
- Onāsite participant coordination: 8ā10 hrs
- Postāevent followāups: 4 hrs
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with participants
- Handle questions and onāsite support
- Team Leads: 90% OFF event fee
- Team Members:
50% OFF event fee - Eligible for Volunteer of the Year ā VVF
- Official Certificate of Contribution from VVF
- Provided in electronic format
- Recognized as official volunteers & members of VVF (when accumulate enough volunteer hours)
- Access to future VVF projects and leadership roles
- Strong addition to CV, school, scholarship, and nonprofit applications
- Responsible and collaborative individuals
- Passion for music, community, or nonprofit work
- Able to commit to planning + event days
Prior experience is a plus but not required ā training will be provided.
