The Coalition Studio is a flagship first‑party studio within Xbox Game Studios, known for the critically acclaimed Gears of War series. They aim to push the limits of Microsoft's entertainment platform and devices.

Role

Summary:

As a Producer, you will collaborate with the project team to deliver best‑in‑class gaming experiences while managing multidisciplinary teams. You will work closely with the Senior Producer to drive assets and features to completion, meeting quality, schedule, and business targets.

• Milestone planning, execution, and evaluation of priorities
• Communicating goals to the team and ensuring timely execution at a high‑quality level
• Proactive risk management and mitigation
• Updating and presenting status and information to the project leadership team
• Identifying process improvements to enhance team efficiency
• Providing regular capacity plan updates
• Focusing on project development with a strong emphasis on team empowerment

MUST‑Have Skills and

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Production, Development Manager, Project Management, or Coordination experience
• Experience managing game cross‑functional teams through all development phases
• Shipped a minimum of 2 game products, ideally console products
• Experience with AAA quality games on console
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Experience managing development projects from concept to release
• Experience managing multiple cross‑functional teams

Preferred Skills and

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SCRUM, Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban
