The BC Lions organization is looking for committed individuals to join their Game Day Operations Crew for the 2026 season. Crew Members are essential for creating dynamic and engaging experiences, interacting with fans, and managing equipment effectively.

Your role will involve responsibilities such as setting up banners, assisting vendors, and coordinating sidelines during games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full setup and teardown of game day gear

• Ensure pageantry and signage are displayed correctly

• Be ready for banner repairs during events

• Coordinate pre-game plaza activities successfully

• Provide support for on-field fan engagement

Requirements:

• Passion for football and the CFL

• Strong personal work ethic and initiative

• Flexibility in task management and adaptation

• Previous sports or equipment handling experience preferred

• Relevant degree or background beneficial
