Become a key player in live gaming with Kabam as a Live Operations Specialist in Vancouver. This on-site role focuses on the analysis and optimization of live features and events to engage and retain players.
As a Live Operations Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating live events and monetization plans, leveraging your insights from player behavior and data analysis. This collaborative position involves working with diverse teams to ensure effective execution of promotional strategies and addressing operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and execute event plans and promotional strategies
• Monitor game health and revenue metrics closely
• Work with teams to refine monetization approaches
• Analyze data-driven insights for optimization
• Support design and implementation of new features
Requirements:
• 3+ years in live operations or game design
• Relevant post-secondary education background
• Knowledgeable in the Live Ops workflow
• Must read and analyze dashboards effectively
