Key Responsibilities:

• Create design features in collaboration with Design Leads

• Define animation needs for game features

• Oversee mocap reference and shot list development

• Work with Engineers to enhance feature implementation

• Uphold animation quality with the Animation Director

Requirements:

• Solid experience in interactive animation

• Focus on enhancing player experience

• Open-minded, proactive, and collaborative

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine is beneficial
