Join Prenuvo as a Patient Experience Representative in Vancouver with a hybrid work model. Deliver exceptional customer service and support to patients through various communication channels.
This is a 6-month contract role that collaborates with the sales and patient care teams. You will assist incoming inquiries, educate patients on our services, and resolve issues promptly. This position offers potential for extension or conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient support via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve inquiries from patients and physicians professionally
• Educate patients on services, policies, and procedures
• Assist with account management and billing inquiries
• Schedule appointments for patient scans efficiently
Requirements:
• Experience in customer support or service is an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and reliable with excellent time management
• High emotional intelligence and professional demeanor
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
