Join Next Level Games as a Game Producer, leading cross-functional teams in game development. This hybrid role enhances your project management and problem-solving skills while working on award-winning titles.
As a Game Producer, you will oversee project management, strategy planning, risk management, and communication among various teams. Your experience leading large game teams and knowledge of production pipelines will be vital. You will also cultivate a collaborative environment to ensure high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage feature development from concept to creation
• Support teams in setting goals and planning milestones
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies
• Facilitate communication and feedback across teams
• Improve workflows and processes with project management expertise
Requirements:
• 3+ years in production roles for console or PC games
• Strong knowledge of production pipelines and tools
• Experience across all development stages
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Background in Concept, Character, or Rigging is a plus
