In this role, you will be part of the reimagining of The Sims that players know and love. The Sims is one of the top-selling PC game franchises of all time and The Sims 4 is by far our most successful Sims game. We have more than 70 million registered players of the base game. To date, The Sims 4 has shipped over 60 content packs and countless base‑game feature and quality‑of‑life updates.

- Lead the configuration of storefront content based on merchandising calendar
- Coordinate with our Quality Verification team to ensure quality releases
- Respond to live issues and collaborate with partner teams to escape and troubleshoot
- Develop a detailed understanding of internal tools to guide continued improvements and validate the technical feasibility of plans
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to understand the strategy and translate them into technical requirements
- 2+ years of experience working on live service, or social networks.
- PC/Console-based knowledge of a live operations content release pipeline and its dependencies, with the ability to identify potential conflicts or risks.
- Familiarity with proprietary or internal, or external live operations tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting issues during different stages of the content pipeline.
- Cross-team coordination with a variety of disciplines.
- Guided production level quality of a live service feature or project.

For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top‑up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full‑time employees.
Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
