As part of the Gameplay team, you’ll be responsible for creating authentic and fun features for football simulations. This role combines your keen understanding of football mechanics with strong collaboration skills to deliver innovative gameplay solutions. You'll work closely with various teams to craft seamless designs that elevate the gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create gameplay features from concept to launch

• Design experiences specific to different game modes

• Clearly communicate design ideas to the team

• Gather and integrate team feedback effectively

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to finalize designs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in game design

• Deep understanding of game design processes

• Passionate about football and the EA SPORTS franchise

• Familiarity with 3D game engines

• Excellent attention to detail and player experience
