  • Partner closely with art, design, production, and brand teams to deliver high‑quality, culturally relevant cosmetic offerings.
  • Guide cosmetic monetization systems that prioritize player value, clarity, and long‑term trust.
  • Use player insights, market trends, and performance data to optimize cosmetic offerings, pricing, and release strategies.

  • Lead and develop a team of product managers, setting clear goals, priorities, and success metrics.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership on live service or content‑driven products.
  • Proven experience owning or contributing to cosmetic, personalization, or digital goods strategies.
  • Experience working on F2P or live service games with cosmetic monetization systems.
  • Background supporting PC or console titles; mobile experience is a plus.
  • Experience partnering with creative teams (art, design, brand) to deliver player‑facing content.
  • Experience leading teams through roadmap planning and live operations.
  • Expertise in cosmetic systems, player expression, and digital goods strategy.
  • Strong understanding of player‑first monetization and virtual economies.
  • Data‑informed decision making, including pricing, segmentation, and content performance.
  • Creative sensibility paired with product rigor—balancing art, player desire, and business goals.
