Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will spearhead player insights initiatives that inform design and gameplay decisions. Your leadership will cultivate a high-performing, globally distributed research team, ensuring insights align with Battlefield’s unique gameplay and monetization strategies. This role is critical in enhancing player engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the player insights research strategy

• Mentor a dedicated team of research professionals

• Influence gameplay systems and player progression decisions

• Convert complex player data into clear, actionable insights

• Partner with leadership and analytics teams across disciplines

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Psychology or Data Science

• 7+ years of experience in player/user research

• 5+ years of leadership in a research-focused capacity

• Strong skills in communicating insights to stakeholders

• Enthusiasm for FPS games and live service experiences
