Senior Product Manager - Creative Innovation; Temporary

The challenge ahead:As a Senior Product Manager, you will be part of a team that guides the success of products and features for foundational technologies used across EA. This is an opportunity to influence product strategies and team processes, and to hone your leadership and organizational skills. You will report to the Head of Product.
You will…- Guide the product strategy for technology solutions used by engineers, technical artists, and other developers in partnership with multiple game teams
- Collaborate with a diverse team by promoting a compelling vision and driving implementation
- Set clear objectives and key results (OKRs) for reporting to align team members across the organization
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through adoption
- Guide product discovery for new game team use cases, doing customer research, data analysis, and experimentation
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years with a scope of influence across different teams
- Experience defining and delivering product strategy for production or content teams
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with a history of influencing senior leaders
- Experience using data and insights to inform product development, with the ability to map vision to data-driven results
- Experience working in or with central technology teams, creative content pipelines, or games industry experience
