In this role, you'll report to Art Leadership, ensuring consistency through established guidelines while owning the lighting direction of various projects. Your technical expertise will allow you to optimize lighting systems and environments to communicate artistic intent effectively. You'll also help enhance the skills of an intermediate Lighting Artist through mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain artistic consistency in lighting as per IP guidelines

• Direct lighting setups to achieve cinematic effects

• Optimize shadows and post-processing for better performance

• Troubleshoot visual rendering and clarity challenges

• Document workflows and best practices for lighting

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in video game lighting

• Expertise in natural lighting and exposure

• Insight into cinematography and scene blocking

• Knowledge of modern art pipelines and teamwork

• Meticulous attention to detail with strong collaboration skills
