Position: Festival Volunteer Role at VanCAF 2026
Support the Vancouver Comic Arts Association as a festival volunteer for VanCAF 2026! Enjoy a unique experience this July, contributing to the local comic arts festival.

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to lend a hand during the three-day festival at the Roundhouse. A variety of roles—from assisting exhibitors to managing lines—are available. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your connections in the comic arts scene and be part of an incredible community event. You'll receive training in advance to prepare you for your specific role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and dismantling festival equipment

• Monitor the exhibitor floor and provide necessary support

• Help coordinate workshops and manage guest interactions

• Answer questions and distribute materials from the info table

• Photograph or post updates on social media platforms

Requirements:

• No previous volunteer experience required

• Must have a good attitude and be reliable

• Interest in and enthusiasm for comic arts

• Team-oriented with the ability to adapt

• Commitment to training prior to the event
