  As an Intermediate Lighting Artist, you will collaborate with Art, Cinematic, and Technical Art teams to create visually stunning scenes that support storytelling, art direction, and gameplay objectives. Solving technical challenges and anticipating constraints will be crucial to your role.

4. What are the key responsibilities?

• Work closely with Art, Cinematic, and Technical Art teams to create industry‑leading visuals across various environments.
• Craft compelling lighting that enhances story, art direction, and gameplay objectives.
• Translate conceptual illustrations into outstanding real‑time lighting visuals.
• Collaborate with Art and Technical Art teams to solve technical challenges within constraints and visual requirements.
• Proactively seek feedback and communicate with Art Directors, Lighting Lead, Cinematic Director, and relevant departments.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?

MUST-Have Skills and

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in video game or film production.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5, Frostbite, Snowdrop, or similar game engines.
• Good knowledge of real‑time lighting principles, atmospherics, and post‑processing.
• Thorough understanding of light, shadow, and color in creating tone and mood.

Preferred Skills and

Qualifications:

• Background in real‑world photography, cinematography, and lighting.
