Electronic Arts is a global leader in interactive entertainment. The Associate Producer for EA SPORTS FC will lead core technology teams that build the foundation for the franchise.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate multiple core technology teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and execution across shared work streams.
- Own planning, tracking, and organization for backlogs, milestones, and cross‑team dependencies supporting the franchise.
- Partner closely with senior producers, engineering leads, and discipline directors to balance competing priorities and drive clear decision‑making.
- Identify risks and blockers early, drive mitigation plans, and follow issues through to resolution.
- Translate high‑level franchise goals into actionable plans for teams delivering shared technical capabilities.
- Manage incoming requests from feature teams and partners, ensuring scope, expectations, and trade‑offs are clearly understood.
- Maintain clear communication, schedules, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Support continuous improvement of production workflows, tools, and cross‑team collaboration.
- Act as a trusted production partner to technical leadership, helping teams stay focused and effective.
- Career manage a team of producers.
- 5+ years in game production or technical project management, supporting multiple teams or shared services.
- Proven ability to manage complex, interdependent work across several teams simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a track record of bringing structure to ambiguous or highly technical initiatives.
- Experience working closely with engineering and technical disciplines in a game development environment.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience with agile or hybrid development methodologies and modern production tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, supporting, and growing producers.
- Experience leading production for core technology, engine, tools, or platform teams.
- Background on large‑scale, AAA, or live service games.
- Familiarity with rendering, tools, systems, or technical pipelines (no hands‑on coding required).
Pay range: $114,300 – $156,200 CAD (British Columbia, Vancouver).
