As a Line Producer, you will play an essential role in the production team, collaborating closely with the Head of Production from project inception to delivery. Your leadership will support team culture and ensure that artistic visions align with production timelines. Emphasizing clear communication will be key throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise budgets and production schedules with client communication

• Collaborate with the Director of Production on adjustments

• Track project milestones and resource needs in meetings

• Develop effective daily review and problem-solving processes

• Manage staffing initiatives and validate departmental expenses

Requirements:

• 5+ years in animated production management

• Experience managing budgets over $5M

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Proven team leadership capabilities

• In-depth knowledge of animation production pipeline
