- Collaborate on features and visual quality requirements
- Identify and manage technical risks proactively

- At least 5 years in game production, specifically for PC
- Robust understanding of rendering and performance processes
- Ability to manage complex dependencies effectively
- Experience with telemetry data in production
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams
