Overview

Responsibilities- Define and refine first-time user experience systems
- Collaborate with teams to ensure intuitive player flows
- Utilize data insights to enhance onboarding and engagement
- Craft walkthroughs for recent features and game content
- Advocate for player-first experiences to boost retention
- 3+ years in systems design on live service games
- Excellent understanding of player learning curves
- Strong documentation and communication capabilities
- Experience with competitive multiplayer games
- Familiarity with analytics and player data analysis
