Creature Supervisor

Position: Digital Domain Creature Supervisor Role
Lead the creation of creature assets at Digital Domain in Vancouver or Montreal. As a Creature Supervisor, you will ensure technical and artistic excellence in upcoming projects.

This vital role directly reports to the Head of Assets and is responsible for managing delivery schedules while collaborating with the Head of CG and Assets Producer. Your focus will be on maintaining high-quality standards and consistency across all departmental work. You will coordinate with other supervisors and leads to achieve production targets while effectively managing the creature team’s workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery schedules for creature assets

• Collaborate with Asset Supervisors on production goals

• Ensure consistency and quality in all output

• Manage expectations and workflow for the Creature Team

• Work with departmental heads to support artistic vision

Requirements:

• Experience in supervising creature productions

• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities

• Willingness to work in Vancouver, BC, or Montreal, QC

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of VFX production processes
