We are looking for enthusiastic Event Hosts to enhance customer satisfaction during events at Rogers Arena. In this part-time position, you will assist guests, monitor areas, and ensure safety protocols while engaging visitors during thrilling Canucks and Warriors games. Previous experience in service roles is required to thrive in this environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Admit and greet guests at entrance points

• Oversee seating and provide crowd control support

• Assist patrons with service and directional queries

• Complete additional duties as assigned during events

Requirements:

• Background in customer service is required

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to remain active throughout shifts

• Strong English communication skills needed

• First Aid certification is beneficial
