Position: Lead Previs/Layout for Marvel Series
Shape the visual storytelling at Stellar Creative Lab as the Lead Previs/Layout for a high-profile Marvel Animation series. This hands-on role focuses on 3D layout leadership in a supportive, flexible environment.

As the Previs/Layout Lead, you will be integral to the production process in Vancouver, working directly with artists to turn storyboards into dynamic 3D spaces. Your 5+ years in production and leadership skills will help elevate your team's creativity. This position thrives on collaboration and requires a deep understanding of cinematography and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage layout and previs production pipeline

• Execute complex camera work and staging for sequences

• Define and maintain standards for character posing

• Conduct technical training for team members

• Maintain supportive and clear communication with the crew

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Previs, Layout or Camera roles

• Proficiency in Autodesk Maya and Flow Production Tracking

• Proven skills in team leadership and mentoring

• Deep understanding of cinematography practices

• Eligibility to work in British Columbia
