As a Global Event Producer in Los Angeles, Vancouver, or Guildford, you will be at the heart of EA’s event strategy, planning and executing various high-profile industry events. This role requires excellent project management and communication skills, allowing you to connect cross-departmental teams and drive brand-aligned events. You will be instrumental in delivering creator and press events while ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce engaging in-person and digital events

• Collaborate with Brand and Strategy teams on event plans

• Manage partnerships with local territory teams globally

• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships

• Ensure all events meet brand spending guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event production

• Proficient in event technologies and platforms

• Strong project management and prioritization skills

• Excellent oral and written communication

• Flexible for travel to support onsite events
