Lead Senior Gameplay Animator

Position: Lead Senior Gameplay Animator Role
Drive innovative gameplay animation as a Senior Animator at Certain Affinity. Collaborate and mentor while generating high-quality animations for exciting game projects.

In this role, you will utilize your 4+ years of industry experience to craft immersive animations for AAA and original IP games. You will actively mentor junior animators and work alongside the Art Director to refine character motion and integration. Your expertise will be vital in creating visually engaging gameplay content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Art and Design teams to visualize movement

• Test and integrate animation assets within the game engine

• Mentor and guide less experienced animators

• Develop animations across different styles tailored to project needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ animation experience in gaming

• Shipped at least 2 game titles as an animator

• Strong grasp of animation principles and pipelines

• Experience with UE4 and UE5 for in-game animation

• Solid understanding of current-generation game performance
