Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee character and prop rig development

• Collaborate with Animation and Modeling teams for rigging solutions

• Troubleshoot rigging issues with Technical Directors

• Review rigs for usability and motion quality

• Mentor rigging artists and promote team development

Requirements:

• 5+ years in animation rigging

• Strong experience with Maya and rigging complexities

• Proficient in Python scripting

• Deep knowledge of kinematics and deformation

• Strong communication and organizational skills
