Join the creative team at Certain Affinity as a Senior Gameplay Animator in Vancouver, BC. This on-site opportunity involves crafting high-quality animations for both AAA games and original IPs.

In this full-time role, you will collaborate with experienced team members to visualize motion and integrate it into game mechanics. You'll have the chance to mentor other animators while working on various animation styles, catering to the needs of each project. The position also involves refining animation workflows and improving assets for game engine accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate motion into immersive environments according to design

• Guide and mentor junior animation staff

• Develop animations from realistic to stylized styles

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of animation experience in gaming

• Must have shipped 2+ titles as an animator

• Strong knowledge of animation pipelines

• Effective communication and time management skills

• Familiarity with performance capture in real-time settings
