In this leadership position, you will work closely with the Animation Director, overseeing a talented group of animators. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee quality and creative alignment of animation work
• Mentor animators, ensuring consistent character performance
• Provide valuable feedback on timing and posing
• Ensure Director notes are effectively communicated
• Collaborate with teams to achieve animation milestones
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of 2D animation leadership experience
• Demonstrated portfolio of character storytelling
• Extensive practice with Toon Boom Harmony
• Deep understanding of animation principles
• Strong ability to solve creative problems
