Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily interactions with external animation teams

• Ensure alignment of animated assets with gameplay goals

• Oversee internal review and approval processes

• Assist with performance reviews and objective settings

• Maintain and document animation pipelines and briefs

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in game animation

• Proven track record with AAA game titles

• Strong grasp of mocap processes

• Experience with Maya and animation integration

• Understanding of project management tools like Jira
