In this position, you will supervise the entire character creation process while collaborating with multiple departments to produce visually stunning characters. Your leadership experience in animation, design, and technical efficiency will guide a collaborative team of artists and elevate our game narratives. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the character creation process from concept through execution

• Define artistic quality benchmarks for all character assets

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and VFX teams

• Enhance workflows through technical efficiencies and best practices

• Manage and develop a team of 2D and 3D artists

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary education in a relevant field

• Over 5 years experience in character art leadership

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and animation software

• Familiar with Unity or Unreal game engines

• Exceptional problem-solving and teamwork abilities
