As a Line Producer, you'll oversee a pivotal aspect of the EA SPORTS FC product, guiding a team in creating engaging experiences for millions. You'll partner closely with the Game Design Director to establish cohesive strategies that align creative ideas with business goals, ensuring successful execution with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Construct vision and roadmaps for mode fantasies
• Use data insights to stimulate creative ideation
• Collaborate with licensing and brand teams for execution
• Drive expectations with design and engineering leads
• Create and improve development processes and schedules
Requirements:
• 10+ years' experience as a Producer or Product Manager
• Proven leadership of teams over 30 members
• AAA development experience in relevant game genres
• Strong conflict resolution and mediating skills
• Passion for sports, especially football, is a plus
