In this position, you will directly assist the Producer in maintaining production schedules and managing departmental workflows. By taking a proactive approach, you will track crew attendance, facilitate communication, and ensure the production's progress adheres to standards.
Your role will be pivotal in cultivating a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support scheduling across production departments
• Check in daily with crew and supervisors
• Document and report production progress
• Communicate priorities and address crew concerns
• Manage technical issues with IT assistance
Requirements:
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational capabilities and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Flow (formerly Shotgun/Shot Grid)
• Experience in production or animation coordination preferred
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
