POSITION SUMMARY
:
The In-Arena Host is responsible for being the face and voice at Vancouver Warriors home games. The In-Arena host will host contests, promotions, live interviews and engage our fans in the live Vancouver Warrior experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(Other duties may be assigned as required)
Attend all Vancouver Warriors home games as In-Arena HostResponsible for the facilitation of our in-arena contests, promotions, features, intermissions and on occasion live interviewsPreparation for game hosting duties to include participation in game presentation meetings as required, collaborating on scripting elements and attending special event rehearsals.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Strong on-camera skills and presenceStrong emceeing/hosting skills and ability to present in front of a live audienceAbility to hype up the crowd while maintaining a professional mannerUnderstanding of lacrosseAbility to handle several live experiences with the appropriate style (eg. Humorous, entertaining, enthusiastic, compassionate, subtle, serious, etc.)Proven ability to collaborate and work well with the teamInterested, qualified candidates are invited to submit their resume and demo reel.
