As the Lead Producer, you will oversee the Production department for one or more franchises.
Your role involves managing team dynamics, ensuring career growth for Producers, and collaborating with studio leadership for effective project execution. Your experience in live-service gaming will position you to influence cross-project strategies and resolve team conflicts as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Producer department and franchise assignments
• Support and represent project-focused Producers
• Collaborate on organizational structure to achieve high-quality results
• Monitor morale and resolve staffing conflicts
• Oversee recruitment and performance management processes
Requirements:
• 12+ years in project management, live-service preferred
• 5+ years with Jira and Confluence expertise
• Experience in multi-platform environments
• Proven team management skills
• Strong communication abilities across all levels
