With over five years in project management and a passion for games, your role will include mentoring others and managing agile workflows. You will liaise with stakeholders to align schedules, budgets, and resources while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project roadmap and release schedules

• Identify and mitigate risks effectively

• Resolve schedule and design conflicts proactively

• Control budget and resource strategies

• Interface with stakeholders on project quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Over 5 years of project management experience

• 2+ years in a leadership role

• Familiarity with Jira and resource management tools

• Deep understanding of games-as-a-service models

Excel as a Producer while guiding teams through the game development phases at Kabam.
