LaSalle College Vancouver is seeking an experienced individual in game development to teach senior-level production courses. The ideal candidate has at least five years of industry experience, guiding students through the complexities of game production. This role emphasizes a coaching approach, allowing students to take ownership while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach one to five sections per term as assigned
• Lead student teams through studio-style production pipelines
• Facilitate weekly sprint cycles and reviews
• Provide actionable feedback on builds and submissions
• Support students in post-production and release preparation
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Over five years in game industry production
• Experience with full game development cycles
• Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong background in Unity and/or Unreal Engine
