Position: Environment Art Specialist with Next Level Games
Join Next Level Games as an Environment Art Outsourcing Specialist and help shape our award-winning video games in Vancouver. Work closely with artists and ensure that outsourced materials align with our high-quality standards.

In this hybrid role, you'll partner with our Art Director and Outsourcing Lead to achieve a cohesive artistic vision. This position necessitates managing outsourcing partners effectively and supporting internal teams to meet all project requirements. Your experience with 3D software, particularly Maya, will be crucial in enhancing workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leads to oversee outsourced content

• Ensure all assets meet established quality standards

• Assist with asset integration and management

• Track delivery timelines and organization

• Identify and propose workflow improvements

Requirements:

• Experience managing co-development or outsourcing teams

• Solid understanding of 3D art pipelines

• Proficiency with 3D design software, preferably Maya

• Portfolio link required for application

• Must work from our Vancouver studio regularly
