• Role
  
  Summary:
  
  As a Producer, you will collaborate with the project team to deliver best-in-class gaming experiences while managing multidisciplinary teams. You will work closely with the Senior Producer to drive assets and features to completion, meeting quality, schedule, and business targets.

• Milestone planning, execution, and evaluation of priorities
• Communicating goals to the team and ensuring timely execution at a high-quality level
• Proactive risk management and mitigation
• Updating and presenting status and information to the project leadership team
• Identifying process improvements to enhance team efficiency
• Providing regular capacity plan updates
• Focusing on project development with a strong emphasis on team empowerment

• MUST-Have Skills and
  
  Qualifications:
• 7+ years of Production, Development Manager, Project Management, or Coordination experience
• Experience managing game cross-functional teams through all development phases
• Shipped a minimum of 2 game products, ideally console products
• Experience with AAA quality games on console
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Experience managing development projects from concept to release
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams
• Preferred Skills and
  
  Qualifications:
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SCRUM, Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban
