Next Level Games invites applications for the Environment Art Outsourcing Specialist role in Vancouver. Contribute to our beloved game projects by managing outsourced art while ensuring the highest quality standards.
This hybrid position involves partnering with our artistic leadership team to maintain our game's visual integrity. You will support the internal art team and collaborate with various stakeholders on asset integration.
Experience with 3D software, particularly Maya, and knowledge of art pipelines are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee outsourced art content effectively
• Ensure outsourced assets align with artistic vision
• Support integration and create efficiencies in art production
• Organize and track deliverables from outsourcing partners
• Recommend improvements for workflow processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience with outsourcing and co-development processes
• Knowledge of 3D art pipelines and workflows
• Familiarity with Maya or similar software
• Link to art portfolio is mandatory
• Work presence required in our Vancouver studio
