As Line Producer, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the strategic vision for EA SPORTS FC’s game modes. Your leadership will inspire a team to deliver high-impact projects that resonate with a vast audience of football fans around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee the vision for game modes
• Inspire creativity by using insights for ideation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine execution needs
• Work with development directors to refine processes
• Set OKRs to ensure team alignment with franchise objectives
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in production or product management
• Proven ability leading large teams of 30 or more
• AAA game development experience in relevant genres
• Skills in conflict resolution and team mediation
• Passion for sports, particularly football, preferred
