About Us

We're TFC. The Festival Company. We're a female owned and operated company that genuinely strives to make the world a better place. We build world class experiences for fans from all walks of life, from Extreme Mudfest to our other brands and events, alongside the Megaphone Project, a community for women building businesses on their own terms, and the Dallas Smith Lifted Youth and Mental Health Foundation.

We believe in connection and community over competition. Philanthropy is deeply rooted in everything we do, and our non-negotiable is leaving an impact in every community we serve. We're rooted in a love for connection, music, sport, entertainment, and giving back, and we believe a rising tide floats all boats.

We're a small team. That means you're not fetching coffee. You're in the room, on the ground, and in the details that make our team and our company actually run.

The Role

We're looking for someone to support our entire team across the board, not just one person. This is a back office, high trust role. You'll be the person keeping schedules, workflows, and day to day operations organized and running smoothly across multiple brands.

  • A strong understanding of general finance management
  • A strong communicator
  • Highly organized
  • Hospitality or sales experience is a strong asset
  • Comfortable when the plan changes at the last minute (it will)
  • A doer. You'd rather ask a question and try than wait to be told exactly what to do
  • Based in or around Vancouver
  • Aligned with our values: connection and community over competition, and a genuine belief that a rising tide floats all boats

Travel may be required from time to time

Term
