The Drop Count Supervisor works under the Cage Shift Manager to supervise all drop count activities. You will oversee team members, maintain cash counting equipment, and ensure compliance with casino policies. Strong analytical abilities and exceptional customer relations are a must in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight of the Drop Count team during processes
• Conduct emergency pulls and reconciliations when needed
• Handle data entry and reconciliation reporting
• Maintain cleanliness of cage and count rooms
• Ensure superior customer service within departmental standards
Requirements:
• At least 1 year as a Drop Count team member
• Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and relevant casino software
• Valid GAMW License and BCLC Certifications
