Reporting to the Lead Game Designer, this entry-level role within the 3D SLG Game Team focuses on enhancing player retention and experience. Ideal candidates will bring a foundational knowledge of gameplay systems and a passion for game mechanics. You will engage in designing features, managing documentation, and collaborating project efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design compelling gameplay features that enhance enjoyment
• Ensure level progression and immersive game mechanics
• Prepare documentation on gameplay and art resource needs
• Coordinate with teams for project delivery
• Test assigned projects and resolve any game issues
Requirements:
• Relevant education in Game Design or related areas
• Knowledge of mobile gameplay systems
• Ability to analyze and improve player experiences
