As a Slot Attendant under the Shift Manager's supervision, you will oversee customer interactions at slot machines, ensuring adherence to company policies. This role demands strong mathematical abilities and effective communication skills to assist guests and resolve machine issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee slot machine operations and guest inquiries
• Process jackpots, short pays, and hand-pays efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all applicable gaming regulations
• Create a clean and welcoming environment for guests
• Perform machine maintenance and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
• Flexible scheduling, availability for evenings and weekends
• Ability to obtain Gaming License and Serving It Right certification
• Strong mathematical and communication skills
• Second language is an asset
• Experience in a casino environment preferred
