The Opportunity We're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial A&R who loves discovering music, building relationships, and getting artists excited about what we're doing.
At 7
Cult, you won't just be finding and signing artists. You'll be joining a team with the tools, insights, and marketing capabilities to help the artists you believe in find and grow their audiences.
You'll have a real voice in the artists we sign and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a growing label.
What You’ll Do Discover and pursue exciting emerging artists and music.
Build strong relationships with artists, managers, and industry professionals.
Communicate what makes 7
Cult different and get people excited about partnering with us.
Pitch opportunities, negotiate, and help close signings.
Collaborate with our team on artist development and audience growth.
Who We’re Looking For Great musical taste and a passion for discovering talent.
A natural connector who builds trust and generates excitement.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated to make things happen.
Strong understanding of today's music landscape and how artists connect with audiences.
Persuasive, resourceful, and comfortable pitching and closing opportunities.
Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and gets results.
Music industry experience and existing relationships are a plus.
