In this Dealer Level 2 position, you will report directly to the Gaming Manager, Table Games. You will be responsible for dealing table games and maintaining security while effectively communicating with operational departments. Strong math skills and customer service experience will help you thrive in this fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deal table games, including Blackjack, Poker, and Roulette
• Maintain table security and manage its float
• Control game order and close bets appropriately
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
• Report disputes or suspicious activities to management
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience dealing table games is an asset
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Must obtain Serving It Right certification
