Typical Scope
In a Controller role, you'll be at the helm of financial leadership, ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining controls, and driving financial strategy for a growing organization.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the financial close process, delivering timely, accurate financial statements and analysesEnsure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements while managing external auditsDevelop and maintain robust internal controls and process efficienciesPartner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-makingImplement scalable solutions, including system upgrades and automationDrive success in projects like M&A, ERP implementations, and expansion initiativesKey Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA designation preferred8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleExpertise in IFRS/GAAP, financial planning, and audit coordinationAdvanced proficiency in financial systems and ExcelProven track record of process improvement and team leadership in high-growth settingsExceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsNext Steps:
