Chief Financial Officer
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer and serving as a member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic, operational, and visionary oversight across the organization’s financial, people and culture, and external affairs and communications functions.
As the ideal candidate, you bring a CPA designation and a successful track record of financial leadership in a senior role where your line of sight and impact have been organization-wide, and where you held functional oversight broader than finance alone. You will have built strong business partner relationships, both internally and externally, and proven your ability to provide strong direction and mentorship to accounting and other teams.
The CFO will oversee approximately 40 staff, including two Vice Presidents and a Director, each overseeing mature and high-performing departments.
Starting salary range for this position is between $ and $ per annum, based on candidate qualifications, experience, and internal parity. Exceptions may be considered with further review.
