You will recommend, implement and control accounting policies and procedures and internal controls. You will supervise and manage all aspects of the client accounting operations from accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, administration of pooled trust funds, financial statements and budget preparation, taxation compliance and client reporting. You will perform complex financial analysis and reports for clients and properties as required and assist Property Managers in the preparation of their budgets.
You will also work with the Property Managers in the understanding and interpretation of financial statements, budgeting, accounting procedures, etc. You will also become involved in the Company’s management information systems including being involved in systems upgrades and improvements.
